How do I remove the tray of the vent for duct cleaning?Updated 8 months ago

Our vents are designed for standard 2" duct cleaning hoses. To clean, you'll need to remove the Tray/Plate to access the duct.

For the Luxe Collection, find the circular hole on one side of the Tray/Plate. Push that side until you hear a snap, then pull it off to clean. For the Lite Collection, instead of pushing, pull the Tray/Plate toward your body to unlock and remove it.

For top mount vents, they provide the same access as a regular grille, you can just pull the entire vent out to access your ducts.
