You've just joined the Fittes Crew, great choice! But how does it work exactly? 

Our reward program is designed to provide you with points or benefits every time you make a purchase on our website. For every dollar spent, you earn a certain number of points which can be redeemed for discounts, free shipping or other exclusive perks.

Will my VIP tier expire?
Every January, our tiers reset. To hold onto your gold tier status, you need to spend a minimum of $2,500 before December 31st. To hold onto your platinum tier status, you need to spend a minimum of $10,000 before December 31st.

Will my points expire?
Your points will never expire!

Can I combine my discount code from the Fittes Crew with other offers or discounts? 
Our reward program cannot be combined with other offers and discounts unless stated otherwise. You are also not able to stack your rewards program discount codes. If you want to have a bigger discount for your order, we recommend redeeming your points all at once to apply it to your order. 

How can I track my points?
You can check your points anytime by logging into your account and viewing your account dashboard.

What happens if I return an item that was purchased with points?
If you return a purchase made with points, those points will be credited back to your account, akin to a refund. However, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for your account to reflect the changes in points. If you want to apply those credited points to a new order, you can wait that period of time before redeeming it to apply that discount to your new order.
