What compatible fans work with your Exhaust Mount?Updated 4 months ago

Our Flush & Framed Exhaust Mount [Luxe] are compatible with exhaust fans with a housing measuring from 8” x 8” at the smallest, up to 10 1/2” x 10 1/2”. 

Our Flush & Framed Exhaust Mount [Lite] are compatible with fan sizes up to 12 x 12. 

It's important to check the dimensions of the fan to be sure it matches the required size range. It may be necessary to trim the mounting flange on some fans so that the flange doesn't interfere with the locking mechanism for the center plate of the Exhaust Mount.

It's also important to always confirm the amount of space you have above the ceiling. In addition to the height of the exhaust fan housing, you must also have an extra 1 ¾" of space to be able to accommodate the depth of the Exhaust Mount. The Exhaust Mount is intended to be recessed into the opening, with the outer edges resting flush with the ceiling surface, and the exhaust fan mounts to the back of the Exhaust Mount.

We do offer two Panasonic Fans that work with either of these exhaust mounts. We have our Panasonic WhisperValue and Panasonic WhisperCeiling. 

Please note that fans with a lip can only be used with our Exhaust Mounts. 

Can your mount work with a fan that has a heat or humidity sensor function?

Our mounts won't work with fans that have either of these functions. 

Can I tile over the exhaust mount?

We do not recommend tiling over the exhaust mount as this can damage the product.
