You can return items within 365 days (1 year) from the delivery date of your order.
For exceptional circumstances, we’re happy to review return requests beyond this one-year period on a case-by-case basis. If your purchase exceeds the 365-day return window, please email us at [email protected] with details of your situation, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
After submitting your return request, you’ll receive a free shipping label to send your return back to us. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our Quality Control team will inspect it.
If your items arrive undamaged and in their original packaging, your return will be approved, and you’ll receive a refund. This process usually takes 5-10 business days.
Why was my refund not approved?
Refunds will not be approved if the returned items show signs of installation, paint, scratches, or are not in their original condition. For multi-packs, all items must be returned intact and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
What happens to items that don’t qualify for a refund?
If your refund doesn’t apply, we’ll notify you and ship the item back to you.
Why wasn’t I refunded for shipping?
As part of our Return Policy, original shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer product exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges for our products. However, you can return any items you no longer need and place a new order for the products that better suit your project.
How do I return an item and place a new order?
Simply submit a return request for the items you want to return, and then place a new order for the products you need.
You can do this at your convenience — either place your new order right away to have it shipped as soon as possible, or wait until we've processed your refund.
