Lost packages
We’re here to help if your order gets lost in transit. Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Inspect your package upon delivery and contact us at [email protected]. Please include photos of the following in your email:
The damaged item(s). For multiple damaged areas, include photos of each.
The damaged item(s) inside the box.
The shipping label with the tracking number visible (close-up).
The outside of the package showing the damage.
We’ll take it from there to get your replacement sorted!
