Pre-order items are products that are not in stock at this time, but can be purchased before they are back in stock. Pre-orders are a great way to secure a popular item. Here’s how it works:

Pre-Order Availability: If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see the option to purchase it on the product page. 

Payment Information: Payment for pre order items is to be charged at the time of purchase. 

Shipping: Pre-ordered items are usually shipped on or shortly after the release date. We’ll send you an email notification when the product is available and has shipped! 

When Will Pre-Order Items Be Shipped?

While we aim to ship pre order items as quickly as possible, there are times when delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate when our product is back in stock and the pre ordered items will be processed with the same shipping speed that was selected at checkout. Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel a pre-order before the item has shipped. Once the item is in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.
